The Court Room at the Stag is the perfect venue to host a private function for up to about 30 guests whether it’s a birthday celebration, anniversary, engagement party, office dinner or simply a group of friends or family getting together for good food, fine wines and real ale.
Our friendly staff and a relaxed atmosphere will ensure you have a fantastic time, and there are bedrooms available for those who want to make a real night of it. Please remember to check availability in advance.
If you have guests coming a distance we can accomodate them in one of our 10 en-suite guest rooms.

The Court Room is also great venue for conferences. A welcoming tea, coffee and biscuits will start the day. We have a pull down screen and projector available for you to use and refreshments can be available throughout the day from a buffet style lunch to a more formal sit down meal.
